We are delighted to announce the admission notification for Class-VI in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) for the academic session 2024-25. JNVs are co-educational, residential schools that provide quality education to talented students from rural areas across India.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Students must be studying in Class-V during the academic session 2023-24 in a recognized school in a rural area.
Candidates should be born between 1st May 2011 and 30th April 2015 (both dates inclusive).
Students must be Indian citizens.
🔹 Selection Test (JNVST):
The selection of students for admission to Class-VI in JNVs will be based on the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) to be conducted by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS). The JNVST is a written examination designed to assess the students' abilities in mental ability, arithmetic, language, and comprehension.
🔹 How to Apply:
1️⃣ Interested candidates can obtain the application form from the office of the Principal of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya or the Block Education Officer (BEO) of their district.
2️⃣ The application form should be submitted to the office of the Block Education Officer (BEO) by the specified deadline.
3️⃣ Detailed instructions for filling the application form are provided with the form itself. Please read and follow them carefully.
